📦 Return Timeframes

Online Orders: Eligible for return within 30 days of delivery.

In-Person Purchases: Eligible for return within 10 days of purchase.

Gift Receipts: Eligible for return within 30 days of receipt.
📬 Return Process
To start a return, please email us at rockinglboutique@gmail.com.
We’ll provide a return shipping address.
Please note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
🚨 Important Notes

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Items must be unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds to credit/debit cards are processed within 10 business days.

Cash/check payments will be issued as store credit.

🛠 Damages or Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, email us immediately.
We cannot issue a refund for damaged items unless we are contacted before the return is initiated.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method (or store credit for cash/check) within 10 business days.
